Alex is living proof that hard work and determination pays off. From dedicating himself to Coach Johnson at Goodrich as a starter during their state championship run some 35 years ago, to attending and contributing to dozens of local meetings and DNR sessions relating to real estate issues. Alex’s real estate career started over 30 years ago and he hasn’t turn back since. His extensive real estate holdings in the region give him the experience and knowledge that sets him apart.

His transaction history is in the hundreds and he brings a wealth of community experience to the table. As the owner of several successful real estate holding companies and Green Lake Real Estate , Alex has 30 years of acquired knowledge. This includes sales, leasing, site acquisition, buyer/tenant representation, construction and development consulting including design, TIF ( tax increment financing), permitting, financing and investment/investor strategies.
