Tom has an impressive network of professional contacts in the region fed by his 22 years
of business experience - and having lived in Fond du Lac most of his life. Tom’s unique
background in commercial real estate was established as the GM for one of the premier
brokerage firms in Milwaukee. With the responsibility of directing all 20 Brokers,
heading-up Sales & Marketing, designing all client advertising, approving all commercial
contracts, and managing the company financials - Tom brings an invaluable skill-set to his
own company.

Prior to his commitment to Commercial Real Estate, Tom enjoyed an accomplished
career in the Marine Industry while at Mercury Marine and later as third in command at
Crownline Boats. A four-time elected chairman to NMMA Education Committee , a twice
recipient of Brunswick Leadership Award, and a one-time recipient of Brunswick
Innovation Award for his founding and development of Mercury University. In 1987 he
won Oldsmobile’s National Sales Competition while at Holiday Auto. Tom’s track record of
success speaks to his character , determination, and will to win.
